“Wow. So I never felt reiki distance healing quite like Elizabeth's! I remember at one point feeling energy move from my heart to my stomach and sacral area... it was something l've never felt before. It wasn't scary and felt positive but also a little overwhelming! As I have a lot of trauma to be worked on releasing what l've stored.
I was able to fully let go and allow this healing. At one point when I felt the energy I couldn't help but move my body and it felt natural.
