My initial scan of your energy body showed areas of imbalance in your crown, where I observed a looping movement, and some tightness in your third eye. Your crown appeared to be drawing energy in, and the pushing it right back out. Recycling the energy instead of taking it into your energy system.. The tightness in your third eye also extended to your physical eyes/eyesight. When I touched on your third eye, this brought up heart-pounding in your upper chest (more below). I observed this blockage in your throat, along with some constriction. This felt like constricted breathing and heartburn.

Continuing my initial scan, your heart center appeared to be vacillating between being small and closing up, and being large and open. The closing up appeared to me as hands prying doors on each side of the heart shut. But with forcing hands, because the heart is resisting being shut. The heart pounding in your upper chest and shoulders felt like being trapped, or frustration/anger. It felt like not enough room to exhale. I observed your solar plexus chakra as being structurally oversized, but energetically under/mis active. I also felt the frustration emotion stored in here. When I went to observe your sacral energy center, it felt like a shield was blocking deeper clairvoyance. Lastly in my initial scan, I noticed the energy from your upper body was being blocked from moving freely up and down your legs and into the earth.

Beginning treatment, I was directed to start with your heart chakra. As I gave Reiki, I felt an initial frustration/anger rise up and move into your upper heart center and into your throat. This was a burning sensation. The Reiki was “steadying this emotion”, slowing and soothing it, “before we can go anywhere else.” Frustration/anger were being organized and integrated. At the same time, I also noticed action happening in the first 2 layers of your aura. Your mental and emotional bodies, which had been a bit scattered/chaotic, became properly contained. These dynamics “had to happen first, before we could move deeper into the healing.”

So “to see what’s really going on” I was directed to your throat chakra. Overall, it looked to be a bit pale and a bit tired, but otherwise well functioning. Except in the center of your throat where I noted a blockage. This appeared as a black “propellor” shape, like there would be on a boat, about 1.5 inches in diameter. This was also coming up a bit like frustration and something related to “you don’t like ___ or I don’t like___.”

While giving Reiki to your throat, a tightness in your chest popped up. When I used Reiki to calm your heart, the propellor-shaped block in your throat became activated. To balance this activity, Reiki gave more color and vitality to your throat chakra, allowing for the blockage begin to be dissipated. I also perceived a sense  “exhaling” from more space being created within your chest and heart.

Next my attention was drawn to your third eye where I had noticed that tightness during my scan at the beginning of your session. I had the impression that any imbalance in your third eye didn’t originate there, but rather it is a result of imbalances and blockages in other areas of your energy system. I perceived a red spot on the side wall of this chakra,  sticking to it. I also noticed that the inner wall of this chakra had a whitish coating on it, covering up the indigo light energy. These things may be contributing to the tight/stuck feeling I perceived in your scan. I also felt like I couldn’t fully see what was going on in this chakra because cloudiness was coming from frustration held in your throat, and  was getting in the way. Somehow it was “I can’t speak/express myself in some way” that was trying to block access to clearing your third eye. I gave Reiki to your throat and third eye at the same time to help heal this dynamic.

In your throat chakra I felt the constriction, as related to being “misunderstood” in some way or not being heard. Like what you are saying is not being heard or what you are feeling is not being heard. This could mean heard by someone else, or it could mean you not being heard by your own self. I continued to Reiki your throat and used the harmony symbol to reinforce mental and emotional balance here. I also gave Reiki to your entire torso here, as these thought and emotional patterns seemed to be running up and down all your energy centers.

Your root center called for attention next. It appeared as though the energy at your root was being clamped off. It was as though you were stopping your own energy from leaving your upper body and moving down into the ground. And the blockage also was stopping energy from the earth from moving into your feet and up through your legs. This blockage has to do with frustration too. I heard “Holding back, holding back...” from stepping fully into the Earth. From stepping fully into ____. Frustration over wanting to be somewhere (literally or figuratively) but not being there. Giving Reiki to your hips helped start the movement of energy up and down your legs, and into and out of the ground.

A large quantity of energy was being produced around your solar plexus. I perceived it as oversized in its structure, hot, and overactive in its movement. I could feel the heat here moving up through the left side of your body into your face and down your left arm. It felt like static or tingling. I interpreted this anomaly as being an indication that your own will was dominating the other aspects of your being. Will misguided, or will overused in an attempt to “fix” or “achieve” something. I directed Reiki to your solar plexus and gave the power symbol to calm the overactivity.

Perceiving this dynamic, I was immediately led toward your heart where I was directed to “calm it down” again as I did in the beginning your session. Interestingly, I began receiving imagery of lush verdant green, like trees. A forest. Lush like growth. It was all living in your heart center, warm and very deep.

Next, to further regulate your solar plexus, I was led to your upper heart chakra and to your shoulders. This area seemed to hold mental rumination. Like the burden of overthinking, carried like a weight on your shoulders, and as anxiety in your upper chest. When I gave “supportive” Reiki directly to your shoulders, I felt a relaxation of your entire body and an “exhale.” I was then directed to spend a good amount of time giving Reiki directly to your upper heart chakra. This stands out to me, as I was getting clear direction to spend extra time here. The upper heart chakra dynamic is noteworthy. Here in your third eye I saw an image of a piece of paper with writing on it. I could not read the writing and I couldn’t tell what this paper was about. There now appeared to be a grey sheath covering the opening of your chakra. This sheath was appearing as “unhelpful or self-defeating thoughts.” It also felt like your eyes/eyesight/seeing was being affected by these thoughts. As I gave Reiki again here, I saw the deep indigo color returning to your chakra.

I also had the impression that these thought patterns held in your third eye were also connected to the frustration held in your throat. Frustration in your throat chakra clouding your ability to have more productive/self-supportive thoughts. The counter message I got when giving connective Reiki to both these areas at the same time was something like: These areas will open up more with “acceptance of the moment.” I interpreted as this: You are exactly where you need to be. Even if it seems like you are not. Trust this moment in your journey. This is where you will connect with Source and be directed. Trust your Self. This healing dynamic (third eye+throat) and the associated message now activated your root, where your chakra became more vital in color.

In this session, your sacral chakra and sacral region felt a bit “unapprachable.” Somewhat shielded and wanting to be “left alone”. I  perceived “resistance” anxiety in your abdomen. I perceived the energy of confusion/being confused, and a discomfort that was related to a “feeling of empty or a fear of empty.” Along with this impression I saw imagery of a mirror, like seeing the self in a mirror, or the self being reflected back. In the mirror image I perceived a need for giving/receiving, caretaking, and nurturing. I heard “more and more nurturing.” This need could be related to what you need to provide for yourself. Or it could be a need related to close relationships like family. Energetically this appeared as a pushing-out of the energy through the center of this chakra.

As I was sensing this dynamic, and giving Reiki to this energy center, I observed the pink diffuse healing energy come into your heart center, bringing connection, love, and a feeling of security within oneself. I amplified this effect with the harmony symbol. I also observed your root “thawing out” where it had been frozen/stuck here.

At this point, toward the end of your session, I was directed to use specific hand patterns to actively move a lot of energy around quickly to and from multiple energy centers and areas of your body at once, revisiting particular dynamics to make necessary resolutions and connections.

Using my hands and arms in a cross pattern to give Reiki across your chest and then down your core, I observed energy moving in an upward direction through your system, creating a better connected flow, and ultimately relaxing of your third eye. Some anger popped up in your chest and Reiki was giving “temperance” here. Your overactive solar plexus was resizing itself, and something loosened in your throat. I also had the impression again that your solar plexus energy (your will) had been “being protective”. I interpret that again as your will energy being used in misguided attempt to be helpful to you. It brought up dizziness and tension/headache in your crown.

As I moved to your crown I received a direct message from Source. It was about the “proper use of (your) will.” Here I heard: “Aligning your own will with Divine Will will open up your third eye.”

And another message: That if you speak out/self-express (about your personal truth) from your sacral center (will), your energy flow will stop getting stuck in your torso and will then be able to flow down your legs and into the Earth. And that this grounding energy will be both relaxed and vitalizing. This will also calm anxiety.

Also I perceived the sense of a decision-making, or a choice at hand. Like going to the left or to the right, going this way or going that way. Not high-urgency frantic feeling, but a relaxed choice. And that choice needed a nudge to start a change/new path. And that the energy work we just did in this session was giving ease to this issue because a layer of (misguided) “protection” was being removed.

As I did a final chakra cleanse and aura sweep I kept hearing the Message: “You’re closer than you think, you’re closer than you think….” Over and over again. As if on the verge of something. Something good, something “right”, something aligned.

Lastly, I want to describe the imagery and direction I had toward the close of your session. I observed what I’m calling your higher-self sit up, and reach out your right arm, with your palm out to my palm. I could see your energy body (yellow-gold) separate from your physical body and sit up to receive Reiki into your hands. I got the sense that the Reiki was communicating with itself.

I ended the session by giving Reiki to your entire system, amplifying it with all my symbols, and once again, noticing that lush green forest in your heart!
